Outlaw Country that Rocks
Music played a big part in Andrew’s young life with the emphasis on country and southern rock. “My mom was the country fan,” says Andrew, “And my mom turned me on to folks like Willie Nelson, Charlie Rich, Reba, Johnny Cash and the list goes on.” The first country artists to make an impression on Andrew were Keith Whitley, Hank Sr. and Jr., Merle and Vern Gosdin. He particularly reveres older artist like Hank Sr. that paved the way for the future of country music, both as an artist and as a songwriter.
